With ten years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Indu started her law practice in 2008 after being called to the Bar in Ontario. She practiced with a general practice litigation firm in Ottawa and later she moved to an In-House role with an aerospace company.
She focuses on Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate and Wills and POAs.
Indu regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including, Asset and Share Purchase transactions, business establishment, corporate governance, restructuring and corporate changes, not-for-profit incorporations, commercial leases and variety of commercials agreements and residential and commercial real estate.
